E-commerce and Website Redesign for CoolSystems

A Clearer Path from Air-Conditioning Selection to Enquiry

CoolSystems combines air-conditioning sales with expert selection, installation, servicing and deep cleaning. The website therefore had to do more than display products: it had to help people understand what they need and make the next step clear.

Flamia redesigned the CoolSystems logo, refreshed the visual identity and rebuilt the website and WooCommerce experience around the real customer journey. We clarified the offer, improved the product and service structure, and connected the catalogue with a non-binding enquiry flow for purchases that often require expert confirmation.

What We Helped Solve

CoolSystems sells air-conditioning equipment, but the right purchase can also depend on selection advice, installation and ongoing service. Putting every route on the same level would leave visitors to work out those connections themselves. We separated product browsing from guidance and service, then connected them through a shared enquiry path.

Clearer Offer Structure

Products, guided selection, installation and service were organised into distinct paths so visitors can understand the offer faster.

Products and Enquiries in One Journey

The WooCommerce catalogue supports comparison, while the request basket gives customers a practical route to a non-binding quote.

Useful for Homes and Businesses

Separate content paths make it easier to find the right solution for a household, business premises, installation or ongoing service.

How We Made the Website Work Harder

The redesign keeps technical information accessible while giving every important page a clear commercial next step.

A More Focused Homepage

The homepage introduces products, help with selection, installation, servicing and business solutions as distinct entry points. Someone comparing models can enter the catalogue; someone who needs advice can follow a guided route. Both can move toward an enquiry without first deciding on a complete technical specification.

A Catalogue Built for Comparison

Product categories, brands, outputs and model information are easier to scan before a customer asks for advice or a quote.

A Practical Enquiry Flow

We used a request basket because equipment selection and installation can require expert confirmation. Customers can collect products of interest and send a non-binding enquiry. This keeps product browsing useful while allowing the final recommendation and quote to reflect the actual requirements.

Search-Aware Content Structure

The content supports real searches around air conditioning, installation, service, cleaning and solutions for homes and businesses without forcing keywords into the copy.

Search visibility from 5 June to 4 September 2026: Google Search Console recorded 743 clicks from Google Search to coolsystems.sk and 19,099 search impressions.
